Pricing has been structured to offer a cost
effective solution to both individuals and businesses - which means that you can choose
whether a per-hour rate or per-item rate suits you best.
Please contact us for an informal discussion about your requirements. This will help us determine duration and complexity of the work and we can then give you a guideline of the hourly rates according to your specific requirements.
Postage & phone calls will be charged extra (at cost). We can offer a pick up service locally which will be charged extra.
Booking Form and deposit (for new clients) will be required before undertaking
For larger projects a 30% deposit will be requested on order with the balance due strictly within 7 days of completion
Full terms and conditions will be supplied with the booking form.
Payment Terms: On a per item basis - are on receipt of item. For hourly/project rate - strictly within 7 days of completion.
Payment Options: Cheques drawn on UK bank accounts or by Bank Transfer.
Retainers are payable in advance by cheque or standing order.
Minimum charge of 1 hour and in 15 minute increments thereafter unless on a per item basis.
No VAT charges.
If you decide to cancel your request once work has started, you will be charged for the work completed to date.
Confidentiality is guaranteed - confidentiality agreements can be signed if required.
We can receive work by; post, email attachment, hard-copy, fax, CD, floppy disk or we can offer drop-off or pick-up service to local businesses. Please note: email attachments will be virus scanned & may be quarantined if they are not clearly identifiable.
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client however we will rectify mistakes free of charge if they are returned within a reasonable period.
All materials will be charged separately except where indicated as included in the price.
