VBOS is and managed by Sharon Jobe with the support of a number of associates.  Sharon has over 18 years varied commercial experience working with blue-chip organisations, SME's and sole traders as well as mentoring individuals. 

In 2002 Sharon set up her own business, utilising her experience, skills and knowledge, to offer a full range of support services both locally and nationally.

Experience includes: Office Manager, Training Manager, IT Trainer, Account Manager & New Business Sales, HR Officer & Marketing Assistant.

Qualifications include:  OND Business & Office Administration, HND Business & Finance, Graduate of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), HCTC Group Training Techniques & HCTC One to One Training Techniques, Prince 2 Foundation Level.

Vocational Training includes: IT Training Skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Windows, Commercial Awareness, Project Management & MS Project, Interviewing Skills & Career Guidance, Presentation Skills, Consultative Selling & Account Management Skills, Strategic Selling Skills, Team Leadership
